We’re proud to continue our successful collaboration with Cloustruct. This project involved the construction of a brand new industrial warehouse complex in Redland Bay, Queensland featuring six individual warehouse units.

Key Deliverables:

• Six Industrial Warehouse Units: We provided comprehensive electrical design and installation for all six units, ensuring each one is equipped for efficient operation.
• LED Lighting Throughout: Energy-efficient LED lighting was installed in all warehouse units, and carpark lighting ensured safe navigation after dark.
• Electric Roller Doors: Modern and convenient electric roller doors were installed for each unit, enhancing accessibility and security.
• Office fit out: Unit 1 received special attention with the addition of a fully functional office space. This included dedicated LED office lighting, general power, kitchenette, and restroom facilities.
