Redsheds
Design and construct electrical for six new warehouse units, with LED and carpark lighting, roller doors and a Unit 1 office fit-out. Delivered with Cloustruct.
Multi-tenancy commercial
13 Loam Street
A complete design and construct contract on a new multi-tenancy build: main switchboard, general light and power to every tenancy, electric roller doors, NBN pathways and a complete CCTV system. We have since returned for two tenancy fit-outs.
Industrial
Rowcon Recycling
A major infrastructure upgrade to the site main switchboard, over 250m of three phase main haulage, processing plant submains, roadway street pole lighting and a two level office fit-out. On Coast Asset Care ever since.
