When you use a form on this website we collect the details you enter, such as your name, company, role, email address, phone number, project or site details, links to drawings and any message you include. We also record which page the form was sent from and, if you arrived from an online ad, basic campaign information.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and tenders, send you the capability statement you asked for, arrange site visits and provide our services. We may contact you about your enquiry by phone or email. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run this website and our business, including our website host (Netlify), our form and automation service (Zapier), our customer and job management systems, and Google for website analytics and advertising measurement. These providers may store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We only share what they need to provide their service.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These use cookies to measure how the site is used and which ads lead to enquiries, and do not identify you by name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Keeping it secure

Your information is sent over an encrypted connection and kept in systems with restricted access. We keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing admin@coastelectricaldata.com.au or calling (07) 5204 0013. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
