Brand new industrial warehouse complex with six units. Design and construct electrical delivery with Cloustruct.
We’re proud to continue our successful collaboration with Cloustruct. This project involved the construction of a brand new industrial warehouse complex in Redland Bay, Queensland featuring six individual warehouse units.
We provided comprehensive electrical design and installation for all six units, ensuring each one is equipped for efficient operation. Energy-efficient LED lighting was installed in all warehouse units, with carpark lighting for safe navigation after dark.
Modern electric roller doors were installed for each unit, enhancing accessibility and security. Unit 1 received special attention with a fully functional office fit-out, dedicated LED office lighting, general power, kitchenette, and restroom facilities.
This project exemplifies the strength of our ongoing collaboration with Cloustruct. Our design and construct expertise ensured a solution tailored to their needs for this industrial complex.
